Staff
Encounter Revival Ministries is staffed by a group of dedicated individuals committed to the cause of revival and spiritual awakening in America and around the world. These staff members trust the Lord for their finances as missionaries so that the many outreaches of Encounter can continue.
ERM's staff consists of part-time and full-time team members. The part-time team, Also known as the "Travel Team", consists of college-aged young people who commit to one year of ministry. The full-time team consists of individuals who are responsible for aspects of the ministry such as office administration, publications, promotional materials, equipment and facilities management, financial recordkeeping and planning, and oversight of national and international ministries.
