Today a Masterpiece

Romans 12:2, Galatians 5:22-23, Galatians 5:16, Hebrews 13:5

Many times people just go from day to day not really thinking or planning for living that makes a difference.  Someone has suggested that each person should “make today a masterpiece”.  For the believer, they can make this day a masterpiece by:

  • Giving all to God. Proverbs 16:3

  • Having a good attitude. Colossians 3:23

  • Responding biblically to all people and situations. Philippians 2:3-4

  • Investing in others by caring and sharing. Proverbs 19:17

  • Being positive. II Timothy 1:7

  • Speaking words that honor the Lord and help others.  Proverbs 25:11

Of course, there are other things a person may do such as sharing the truths of the Good News of salvation with those in need.  When focused on today, the challenge is to “make today a masterpiece” and when the day is over they can rejoice in all that was said and done

Prayer: Lord, I yield my all to You and by Your grace and power I want to be a masterpiece today.
