Trust God Now

Proverbs 3:5-6, Psalms 20:7, 40:4, 118:8, 146:3, Jeremiah 29:11, Joshua 1:9

People are challenged daily to trust in many things, ways, and people. Every time one sits in a chair they trust the chair will hold them up. Some people and things are easier to trust than others, and sometimes we must wait and trust while we are waiting. We should exercise our trust in the moving and workings of God or a person becomes angry and disappointed. As the athlete continues to exercise they generally cannot see the results but keep exercising and trusting they are becoming stronger. So it is as we continue our life journey and wait in faithful obedience to the Lord. As we exercise our trust in His work and timing, our faith is increased. We must be careful to build our trust in the Lord to become strong and effective for He is always working, even though we may not see evidence of His work as we trust Him to do what only He can do. God is working, moving, changing, providing, and much more as we trust Him.

Prayer: Thank You Lord for the strength I need today as I trust You and am obedient to Your Word.
