Update from Ardy Parlin
We are so thankful for the provisions of God through many friends as they prayed and donated funds so Encounter could continue.
During the past weeks it has been the joy of the Encounter Team to minister in many churches, schools, youth groups. It is our great blessing to share Biblical truths with so many. We are so thankful to the Lord and for our partners in this ministry.
We are grateful for the opportunities to share in assisting ministries in Africa, India, Myanmar and Jamaica with funds, food, school supplies, clothing, Bibles, bicycles for pastors and help for the needy. To provide the Bible in the language that the people can understand brings great blessings. The Africa team also has had the joy of helping local churches minister Biblical life-changing truths to many teens.
It is a great delight to have a part in the lives of many orphans and widows. The Bible instructs that believers are to “help the fatherless and the widows” (James 1:27). Great blessings come to both the giver and the receiver when God leads us to help around the world, those who are left alone.
In just a few days we will begin the Summer ministry here at Mt. Lou San Bible Camp ministering the Word of God to children and teens directing them to the Lord and helping them establish a firm, Biblical foundation for life.
Thanks again for being a part of the various outreaches of Encounter Revival Ministries.
