Glory to the Lord

Psalms 96:7-8, 115:1, I Corinthians 10:31, II Peter 3:18, Luke 2:14

Much is said today in praising one’s car, food, clothing, store, and more.  However, the believer is to give glory and honor to the Lord.  That is, they are to praise God and let the world know that God:

  • Answers prayer

  • Does miracles

  • Keeps His promises

  • Saves and changes everyone who believes the Bible

  • Sees and knows all things

  • Will bring everyone into accountability

Unfortunately, many will not read the Bible. Instead, they hear the words of praise as the believers tell of God and His work in their life each day.  Praising and giving glory to God should not be limited to the singing of hymns in church, but should be part of the daily conversations of believers.

My declaration: I will praise the Lord to my world and live to Honor my Lord in obedience to Him and to be a light in the world.
