Seeing Life Differently

Jeremiah 29:11, I Corinthians 2:9, Proverbs 3:5-6, 16:3, Ecclesiastes 12:13-14, Colossians 3:1, Isaiah 40:31

When the believer sets their focus on worldly ways of thinking, they are set for discouragement, depression, and fear.  It is imperative that the followers of Christ set their minds on the ways and Word of God so their perspective is on God. One’s perspective sets the course and plan for living.  Therefore, it is vital to be living in victory so that the mind and life are being seen from God’s perspective.  Since it is easy to think like an unbeliever, the follower of Christ must carefully and daily adjust their thoughts and perspectives. Seeing and living as a follower of Christ is totally different from the ways of the world.  Just as a person cleans off their eyeglasses for a better view, the believer must be in the Word and waiting before the Lord for their perspectives to be right.

Prayer: Lord, show me Your way in all things that my perspectives may be in alignment with Your Word.
