God Speaks in Various Ways

Hebrews 3:13, Romans 12:6-8, Psalm 99:7, I Samuel 2:27-29

Often we have a message delivered to us by someone other than the person who said it.  So, God often sends His messages through other people. The believer needs to be open and discerning as to the messages they receive daily for in many cases God is trying to get His word to them as He “speaks” through:

• His Word, the Bible

• Other people

• Events

• The moving of the Holy Spirit

God is not limited in any way, so He often uses various ways and people to guide, teach, warn and lead His children.  It is up to each believer to listen and heed His word that He “speaks” through others daily.  One would probably never hear the voice of God but must be careful to adjust their life to the leading of God as He brings His word.

Prayer: Lord, guide me to hear and know Your words of warning and instruction today so that my life would be in tune with Your desires.
