Impossible
Luke 1:37, Matthew 19:26, Philippians 4:13, Mark 9:23, Ephesians 3:20, John 14:1
Often we look at situations that are difficult and seem impossible to the human mind. However, the believer must never forget that nothing is impossible with God. For He:
Created the word out of nothing by His word
Stopped His enemies
Brought down a Great Wall
Parted the waters
Protected His own from great dangers (and much more)
The seemingly impossible events that rise up before the Christian must be turned over to our faithful and all-powerful Lord. One of the traps of our enemy, the evil one, is to make many things seem impossible and these things can drive one into depression, fear, and consuming worry. We must remember to bring the impossible to God (Luke 1:39) and trust Him to work it out in His time and way.
Prayer: God, I praise You for Your power and give You all these things that seem impossible. I trust You to give me wisdom, and strength and supply my needs, even in the face of what seems impossible.
