Do Right-Have Peace

Philippians 4:3-7, Isaiah 26:3, Psalms 29:11, I Peter 5:7, Matthew 5:13-16

People today are looking for and trying almost anything to have and know peace in their minds, heart, and life. However, the Word of God is clear to remind one that there is only one way to have peace of heart and life and that is:

• To know the Lord in a personal way - John 14:6

• To obey the Word of God - Acts 5:29

• To help and invest in others - Proverbs 19:17

• To give out the Word of truth - Matthew 28:19-20

• To be kind - Ephesians 4:32

• To bring all requests to the Lord and allow Him to work - Proverbs 3:5-6

It is not magic, but if one is to be obedient to the Lord and His word then His peace will guard and govern life. This peace cannot be explained but it can be experienced as one allows the Lord to work and move in their life. It is the peace of God that draws others to the Lord as He works and moves in the believer’s life.

Prayer: Lord, I do praise You today for being my joy and peace in all situations.
