All Day

Psalms 113:3, Psalms 28:7, 108:3, Isaiah 25:11, Philippians 4:4, Colossians 3:16

Most people are busy doing something all day but often believers are consumed with their problems, challenges, and troubles instead of praising the Lord. The Psalmist in chapter 113 and verse 3 writes about praising the Lord for the “rising of the sun unto the going down.” In living in praise to God the believer has the joy of:

  • Pointing others to the Lord who desires to give them new life

  • Reflecting God’s many blessings

  • Having a thankful attitude

  • Speaking good words

  • Investing in others by sharing and giving

  • Feeding their heart (inner person) the right thoughts

  • Showing the world the blessings and mercy of God

So, how we invest each day is vitally important. As believers, we have the great joy of demonstrating to the world that God is loving, good, and eternal, and desires to save their souls and meet their needs.

Prayer: Thank You Lord for the abundant blessings You have showered on my life and I commit to showing Your grace and love to others this day.
