Don’t Be Upset

Psalms 23:1-76, 28:7, 37:4-6, 46:10, Proverbs 3:5-6 , Hebrews 13:8

God knows who you are, where you are, and what your circumstances and challenges are today.  The believers must be careful to keep their eyes, heart, mind, and life on the Lord lest they become discouraged.  Dr. Tony Evans has written in his book Detours, “If you take God seriously, you can never be a victim in your circumstances because your circumstances would not be your circumstances without God allowing it to be used to take you to your destiny”.  Yes, we have challenges, problems, pain, and setbacks but God is using them to make us the vessel He desires and is doing special work in and through our life to be a blessing to others.  One should be wise and alert to do as they believe is God’s will, but faithful to the Word and ways of God as He works and moves in their life.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for all that You have brought or allowed to be in my life so I can be the person I ought to be today.
