Communications

Proverbs 25:11, Hebrews 10:24-25, Psalms 31:24, I Thessalonians 5:11, II Corinthians 4:16

One of the areas often not considered important is the communication we have with others. Words are often spoken with little thought and great haste and leave a great impact. It is important that others are:

• Encouraged especially in times of struggle and challenge

• Lifted when they may be discouraged

• Given the light of God’s Word when they are in darkness

• Thanked when they have blessed or helped you or others

• Reminded that someone cares for them in a unique way

• Blessed to be reminded of God’s hand in their life.

In some way, it is good to bless people with good words from a caring heart in obedience to the leading of God. It is a great joy to be a tool in God’s hand to bring joy and refreshment to others.

Prayer: Lord, lead me to people today that need a word from You.
