Strength

II Corinthians 12:7-10, Psalms 46:1-2, 121:1-2, Romans 15:15, John 16:33

Daily one needs strength, courage, wisdom, and more to continue on their life journey in victory.  As the believer is confronted with challenges, it is in the strength of the Lord that they can continue. In these challenges, the follower of Christ relies on His presence, power, and grace for the victory that is needed.  The Apostle Paul prayed and asked the Lord to remove his challenge but the Lord did not relieve him of this burden but promised to give him the strength (grace) needed to be victorious. Yes, one should take advantage of all that God has provided for their solutions, but rest upon His presence, power, and direction.  It is the joy of the believer to trust God when there seems to be no victory, for He has overcome the world.

My declaration: I am thankful for the grace (strength) of God that I can rest and continue on in His power for the victory that only He can give.
