Rejoicing to Show His Work

The way a believer can make a difference each day is to rejoice and be happy in the Lord. It is a fact that all of one’s problems and challenges will not disappear, but God gives peace (Philippians 4:7) as one trusts in Him, obeys His Word, rests on His promises, and anchors the heart and life in the Word. As the believer goes about their daily life journey they can demonstrate God’s presence, power, and joy by:

  • Speaking good and encouraging words

  • Focusing on the power of God

  • Think about the blessings of God

  • Sharing the works of God in their life with others

In a time when so many are burdened, fearful, discouraged, and worried; it is the blessing of the followers of Christ to rejoice in the Lord and all He has done and is doing.

Today I will rejoice in the Lord so others may see God’s power and presence in my life and be drawn to Him.
