Say It

Proverbs 25:11, Hebrews 10:24-25 Psalms 121:1-2, Romans 15:2

Each day everyone has many opportunities to invest and help others by speaking words of encouragement and blessing.  Many times people are depressed, discourage and live in despair because they constantly hear words that lead down the paths of frustration. It is the joy of believers to share good encouraging words to:

• People in despair

• Those that are lonely

• The hurting

• Needy

Of course, it is godly to help those in need (Proverbs 19:17), but many times it is the joy of the obedient and sensitive believer to lift other’s burdens by speaking good and helpful words.  As God directs, sharing the “words of the Lord” brings great blessings to people who need refreshment and direction.

Prayer: Lord, use my words today to bring Your word to people in my world who need to hear a good word.
