Use It Carefully

Psalms 118:24, Matthew 6:34, I Kings 18:25, Hebrerws 3:13, Psalms 95:7

Well, another day. If one is not careful the days will be taken for granted and soon gone. But one must rememer that:

  • Yesterday is gone forever

  • We only have today

  • What one “is” and “does” today matters

  • One’s future relies a great deal on today

  • We may not get opportunities of today again

  • we probably will pass people today that will never be seen again

  • There will be opportunities today that probably will never come in one’s lifetime

So today is critical. It will soon be history and whatever has been said and done is gone. It is important that one prays for wisdom and is faithful to the Word of God in all their activities of today. We must thankfully, carefully, and obediently live out this day.

Prayer: God, give me wisdom as I live out these delicate hours.

Project: List events and people God brings to your attention that should be part of your plans today.
