God Cares

I Peter 5:6-7, Isaiah 41:10, 13, 43:2, Psalms 32:8

Often people carry burdens that affect every area of their life each day. The burdens are so heavy that their mind, physical bodies, attitudes, moods and every aspect of their life are adversely contaminated by the burdens. It is true that one must work on these situations, but it is also true that the believer is to “cast” their burdens on the Lord and He will work, sustain, give wisdom and direction. So, cast your burdens on the Lord, give them to Him and ask for His wisdom. Determine to obey the Bible and trust the Lord to do what only He can and will do. The Apostle Paul wrote the “peace of God that passeth all understanding” would keep the one who trusts in the Lord and does His will. There is the peace and joy that over shadows the believer that obediently trusts and does the Lord’s will.

Prayer: God, thank You for taking my burdens and cares.

Project: List the “cares” that you now are carrying and give them to the Lord.
