Job Responsibilities:
Prepare payroll for staff on a monthly basis
Record and reconcile expenses on a weekly basis
Assist supporters with various needs related to our donation processes
Able to work with the CPA of Encounter of tax-related issues
Desired Goals and Outcomes:
Ensure the financial actions of the ministry are accurate, legal, and secure
Ensure the ministries finances remain ethically “above reproach” and faithful to the donors intentions
Maintain strong communication with donors on the receipt and impact of their donations
Provide reliable payroll services to provide our staff with their expected monthly support
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Quickbooks
Legal knowledge and experience with government requirements for non-profits
Mature in conduct - strong communicator - creative problem solver - service minded
Accountability:
In addition to being accountable to God and the ERM Board of Directors, the Financial Manager is specifically accountable to the Organizational Administrator for ministry performance.

Provide assistance to the office personnel through recordkeeping, project coordination, communication - event registration, answering phones and emails, completing assigned projects, mailing receipts

Job Responsibilities:
Receive guests and answer the telephone and emails pleasantly and efficiently
Oversee the registration for our summer camp program and others events hosted at Mt. Lou San
Maintain personnel records and other filing records
Assist with communications to monthly donors
Provide assistance for projects of various departments as needed
Keep office clean, neat, and organized
Desired Goals and Outcomes:
An efficient and pleasant ministry representative for those trying to communicate or interact with the ministry
An organized system for keeping records
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office related software

Food Service Manager
Provide oversight and leadership to the food service of Mt. Lou San Bible Camp - prepare meals, order food, control inventory, maintain kitchen, oversee kitchen staff, develop menus.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare all meals related to events hosted at the camp
Oversee the meals for the staff and team of Encounter Revival Ministries
Order and/or shop for food to maintain inventory
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen according to the standards of the PA Department of Health
Organize and lead people who will assist with food preparation and clean-up
Develop menus for meals related to events groups and/or staff
Desired Goals and Outcomes:
Delicious and nutritious meals served at the scheduled times in a cost-efficient manner
A clean, neat, and organized kitchen at all times
Effective management and ministry to staff members, especially those working in food service
Preferred Qualifications:
Work experience in food service industry
A passion for hospitality and serving others

Maintenance Personnel
Oversee the repairs and upkeep of various buildings, vehicles and equipment on the camp property as well as managing various landscaping duties on the grounds.

Oversee the repairs and upkeep of various buildings, vehicles and equipment on the camp property as well as managing various landscaping duties on the grounds.

Willing to raise support to meet personal financial needs while employed with the ministry.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with our current Maintenance Director, assisting him in various projects and learning the needs of the property.
Searching out and performing minor fixes (i.e. repairing doorknobs, damage to walls, leaks, replacing lightbulbs, etc.)
Perform scheduled building tours and equipment inspections
Maintain grounds - (i.e. grass mowing, weed-whacking, mulch, branches, snow removal, etc.)
Identifying maintenance/repair needs and seeking out the most effective and efficient contractor if need cannot be remedied in-house.
Desired Goals and Outcomes:
“Proactive Maintenance” - Exercising a habit to check in and stay updated on the condition of buildings and equipment in an effort to find areas of concern before damage has occurred.
Maintaining the property as an attractive, comfortable and safe place for all guests and staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
Some knowledge and experience in trades or maintenance related skills (i.e. landscaping, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.)
A desire and flexibility to serve others and eagerly address requests/needs as they arise.
Organized and able to prioritize and keep track of multiple maintenance needs until they are properly completed.
